Founded by a Registered General Nurse, Forensic Mental Health Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Candidate, Avid Healthcare brings together extensive experience in community health, mental health, aged care and complex nursing. Our goal is to bridge the gap between hospital and home by delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and improved health outcomes.
We proudly support older Australians, people living with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, and those with complex physical and mental health needs.
